How much does it cost?
The subscriptions fee is significantly cheaper for the annual plan (plus, you get other free bonuses).
Annual pricing: $1,997 per year.
Monthly pricing: $197 per month.
AND! Unlike many other systems that increase your bill as your business grows, we offers unlimited domains, websites, emails, texts, funnels, hosting, automations, and seats for staff members—all included in your subscription.
If you are a client of LYFE Marketing's then you get access to MarketingTankAI included in your service.
There are other other minor cost associated with phone calls, texts and emails - see next FAQ.
Are there any other costs?
There are minimum usage fees associated with using the phone system (calls and text), emails and AI. Most businesses can expect to pay $10 per month in usage fees, which goes a long way.
For example,
$10 will give you about 680 outgoing calls, 1125 incoming calls or 1,205 text messages ($0.0079 per text)
$10 will give you about 14,285 email sends ($0.0007/email)
$10 will give you 105,820 words generate by AI or 160 AI generated images ($0.09/1000 words)
As you can see, the cost per usage fees are a fraction of a cent and not something to be worry about unless plan to send hundreds of thousands of messages per month.
(LeadConnector is responsible for all the phone number, call, SMS and email services in MarketingTankAI)
Also, you have the option to purchase a dedicated phone number from LeadConnector for about $1/month, register for A2P text message compliance for $16.54, purchase domains and other relevant items (although not required!) .
Apart from that, for most businesses, there will be no other costs.
How much extra do I have to pay for contacts?
Nothing.
Most CRM companies know that the more contacts you have, the bigger business and your wallet is. But we think that's unfair, so your subscription remains the same whether you have 100 or 100,000 contacts.
Although, as mentioned in the last FAQ, there will be usage fees depending on how many contacts you decide to message.
Is there a set-up fee?
There is no set-up fee for annual subscribers.
Although there is a one-off $99 set up fee for monthly subscribers.
Do I have any onboarding support?
Yes.
Once you complete your order then you will be redirected to book an onboarding call to assist you with getting your business setup.
Will I sign a contract or have to give a notice?
No, you can cancel anytime, and your subscription will end 30 days after we receive your last payment.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we are currently offer a 14-day free trial.
This is a limited time offer as we will transition to demo calls once we reach our next 100 users.

What is the limit on the number of emails or texts I can send?
None—your usage is completely unlimited.
How good is the email deliverability when sent via MarketingTankAI?
Email deliverability with MarketingTankAI is on par with any other CRM or email tool.Several factors influence whether an email reaches the recipient's inbox or lands in spam.
In general, mailbox providers consider three main questions:
Is the message safe?
Is it generally wanted by most subscribers?
Is it specifically wanted by this subscriber?
If all answers are "yes," the message belongs in the inbox. If any answer is "no," it’s more likely to go to the spam folder. This likelihood is the same with MarketingTankAI as with any other email or CRM tool.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Through the mobile LeadConnector app, you’ll have access to a range of powerful features, including ongoing conversations with prospects and clients, calendar and to-do lists, high-level dashboard analytics, invoicing, review requests, pipeline tracking, and more.
How do I send text messages?
To fully utilize SMS functionality, you'll need to purchase a LeadConnector phone number, starting at just $1 per month. This can be done within MarketingTankAI once you're onboard. Text messages are sent through LeadConnector, ensuring seamless communication with your contacts.
Can I integrate WhatsApp with MarketingTankAI?
Yes! This is a new integration that was added. There is an additional fee of $29.99 per month for this connection. We plan to reduce that in the future.
Can you host videos?
Yes. We offer a generous 4GB of hosting for per video. And you can host as many videos as your heart desires!
This way, you can easily add videos to your landing pages and websites through our hosting, or embed videos from Wista, Youtube and Vimeo.
What are the limits on video hosting?
The maximum size for any single video is 4GB, which is enough to upload a full feature film.
What platform is MarketingTankAI built on?
MarketingTankAi is built on the robust GoHighLevel platform, which supports millions of users worldwide and provides the necessary infrastructure for a system of this scale. We've added an extensive amount of customizations, including our own content and workflows to make MarketingTankAI standout among the standard platform.
Are emails mobile-friendly?
Yes, emails are mobile-friendly. If you use HTML emails and templates, you can preview them in mobile view to ensure they're optimized and make adjustments as needed. Plain text emails are automatically mobile-friendly, as long as any included images aren’t too large.
Does MarketingTankAI offer an analytics/stats dashboard?
Definitely! Our dashboard offer you the ability create your own custom reports based on the data that is most important to you. From lead source, to ad performance and social media growth. You can see it all!
Can I integrate with Google Analytics?
Yes, you can connect Google Analytics as well. Which gives you the ability to connect data from other 3rd party sites like Wordpress, to see a full picture of your marketing.
Can I be an affiliate for MarketingTankAI?

What is an ‘Multichannel Inbox’?
Your inbox in MarketingTankAI receives ALL your messages from ALL of your lead sources – that’s why we call it ‘Multichannel’.
How many people like team, staff or other users can I have on my account?
Unlimited. We don't charge per user like other CRMs.
Can I add my staff or virtual assistant?
Sure. You can add whoever you like and set permissions to what features you want them to have access to.
Can I limit what my team members can access?
Yes. The permissions are vast and allow you to give view or edit access to various areas of the platform such as Contacts, Conversations, Payments, Marketing and more.
Can my staff share a login or do they need their own?
They could share, but there is no need to. You have unlimited users, so take advantage!
How much does it cost for additional seats (for staff)?
Zero.
Can I have two different businesses in a single account?
Normally, no. Each MarketingTankAI account is built for a single business.
Can I have more than one account?
Yes. If you have multi locations, businesses or brands then you should setup a separate account for each. We can offer a discount for people who plan to setup 3 accounts or more. Email us at [email protected]
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, we encourage you to use your own domain and you can have as many as you want.
Can I build websites?
Yes, you can create beautiful websites and high-performing landing pages with our easy drag and drop software.
If you want to take it a step further, you can add in your own HTML or CSS code as well.
Can I customize the web pages with own brand?
Definitely! You can start with a ready-to-use template and easily add your brand assets from there.
Can I keep my website as it is but use MarketingTankAI for everything else?
Sure. You don't have to replace your existing website. Although, moving over would allow you to save money in hosting fees and keep everything under one system.
How many funnels can I have?
Unlimited! Build as many as you would like.
How many domains can I have?
Add as many domains I you want to. In some cases where you have an existing website, it makes sense to add a subdomains.
Does WordPress integrate with MaketingTankAI?
Kinda. You can host websites through Wordpress with MarketingTankAI and you can connect existing Wordpress sites to the system.
Although, some data will not come into the system from Wordpress, so we do suggest making landing pages for seamless marketing.
What integrations does MarketingTankAI have?

For example, you can tell users to comment a "word" and then automatically send them a message or link.
What payment gateways can I integrate with?
Right now, you can collect payments through Stripe, Paypal, Authorize.net and NMI. (More coming soon...)
Can you create and manage ads from the platform?
Yes! Although this is a new feature and a little rough around the edges, so its still recommended to use the ads manager for now.
Does MarketingTankAI connect to accounting software?
Yes! You can easily connect to Quickbooks.
Can I import my existing list?
Yes, in fact we recommend it.
Doing so is easy, just export your data from your existing CRM into a CSV file and then import/map it to the MarketingTank CRM.
Does it import all details e.g. notes etc when migrating data?
Yes. You will just need to make sure you assign and map the correct fields in your CSV file when importing into MarketingTankAi.
Even your custom fields will easily migrate into the Contact records.
Can I move my Wordpress site into the software?
Yes, you can easily move your Wordpress site and your hosted is included in your subscription, which means more cost savings for your business.
Can I import an existing funnel that I built in ClickFunnels?
Yes! And it's easy to do. Just copy and paste your clickfunnels link when creating a new funnel inside of MarketingTank.
Is GenieAI GDPR compliant?
Yes, we are fully compliant with GDPR.
Do I have ownership of any content I create in MarketingTankAI?
Yes. Any original content you create belongs to you.
You have a non-exclusive license to use LYFE created content so as long as you remain a subscriber of MarketingTankAI.
